Well WE are very happy to report that our new Final Control Centre (FCC) is working very nicely indeed … touch wood. All the effort of the past few months has definitely paid off and most, if not all, systems have bedded in well. The fact that WE are now running almost exclusively on fibre optic networks as well as the completion of our power upgrades with 2 standby diesel generators, makes us confident that WE are ready for the big electrical storms that will be coming in summer.
The WE team continue to amaze us all with their incredible dedication and perseverance. WE would like to thank them for not only always ‘making a plan’, but also managing to provide some of the best sightings ever broadcast LIVE on the Internet.
Pieter, Hayley, Jan, Nick, Helen, Simphiwe, Lizbeth and December you are all stars and very appreciated, keep up the good work.
song request for Nick to sing

Hopefully he can learn it and sing it while out hunting lions one day LOL
keep up the great work all was excited to see the male lion today
and hear roaring during the nightime.
There has been definite increase in the quality of the broadcasts with much less down time. However any word on the distributed network? This is still the number one concern for your viewers. Keep up the good job!
I wonder who that is in the Picture?

I think everybody who has been fortunate enough to take part in a drive, agrees with the sentiments expressed in this blog.
Kudos to the whole team!
glad that you are improving, but alas, it means very little until you can accommodate more viewers. I have been unable to login in over 2 weeks and it is very frustrating!!
I also would like to applaud all of you there at WE for the terrific job that you do. If not for your website I would not see most of these animals that are in the wild. Keep up the great job that you are doing. When I do get into the drives it truly amazes me what Nick & Pieter find (although I do wish they had hand wipes in their vehicle to wipe their hands after picking up dung, must be the mother in me LOL). enough said now just letting you know how much I appreciate all the hard work from everyone there at WE.
