I have watched Safarilive since about 2009. I am not in chat much cuz typing is extremely painful for me, so I usually have it full screen on the TV while doing some art. I wish I could adequately express how vital it has become as part of my pain management routine and as a coping mechanism and sedative when my PTSD is rearing its attacks. In additon, making me feel as though I am accepted and part of a family-style environment. In the past few years I’ve taught myself how to paint/draw animals from our cast of characters.
I value the level of expert teaching I have received myself so much that I passed the information on to so many, including my congressmen, the head of the department of education and my doctors.
Although I would love to participate in helping to find solutions for Safarilive to continue indefinitely, my financial situation would not afford me to. I thought about offering some art to seel if that would help. I would never ask for someone to gift me that honour, mainly due to my health issues and he uncertainty of my level of ability to participate. However I think that gifting someone else that opportunity to be able to do so, is a wonderful idea and I would also ask for those that can, do so.
I would, however, like to take a minute and express my sincere gratitude to Safarilive for being such a wonderful light in the dark moments and area’s of my life. And now also to all the wonderful people who have enabled it to continue on at least for the immediate future.
