How did you become an Explorer?
On the website using PayPal
If you used PayPal through our website to become an Explorer, you would need to cancel your existing Explorer membership from within your account on PayPal and register again with the one that you want to change to. Note that PayPal does not refund for unused time, so it’s best to do this close to the renewal or expiry date of your current membership.
The steps would be:
- Go to the ‘Become an Explorer’ page to choose and sign up for your new membership by clicking here.
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Go to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ to find your automatic payments
- Stop your old Explorer membership payment.
